Our first industrial process is the slaughter of livestock in our slaughterhouses of reference, always located near the livestock zones to allow the relocation of the livestock to be done in optimum conditions, protecting the Animal Well-Being. Our Control of Slaughter team supervises and coordinates the activity in the slaughterhouses to guarantee that the process is done based on the major standards of Animal Well-Being and always with the maximum guarantees of ritual slaughter throughout our principal Halal Consulting Certifier, but also the diverse Kashrut we collaborate and work with to reach different Jewish communities on an international level.
